Exotic Hotels

For the Sims2 Bon Voyage, when you travel to destinations, are the hotels and tour places already built for u?

Please tell me if you have the game and know for sure.... I didnt have enough space to type my question completely but i want to know if your sims travel to destinations in Bon Voyage, are the places and hotels already built and designed for you or do you have to build them? ( I hope they are already built for you) THANK-YOU!!
